Marc Ashley, Chief Operating Officer Marc oversees all corporate internal operations of Market America. Kevin Bu ckman, Vice President of One-to-One Marketing and Field Training Kevin’s expertise includes procedure, program organization and system analysis, and he has been instrumental in the ongoing success of Market America’s National Meeting, Training and Seminar System (NMTSS). Kevin also leads and coordinates One-to-One Marketing functions by developing and implementing long-term strategy, overseeing marketing activities against sales objectives, designing certification training curriculum and teaching effective training solutions for Field Certified Trainers to support the company’s fundamental objectives.
